Mr D, for finding a solution that was so easy that nobody before thought of it :-)
Special mention for J who then finished it off.
You know.. today I thought that you don't really have to know or be able to do anything as long as you know who can!
I have wasted so much of my time trying to do things I have absolutely no talent for (but could achieve by mere tenacity) when people I know do it in 5 minutes flat!
Doesn't mean to say I will never try and achieve anything again but today when I was not feeling to productive (since it was Friday and I had overdone it the rest of the week of course) I thought it was allowed.
And now.. it is weekend.. tomorrow morning THE hairdresser visit and then P A R T Y
Well.... that can only be an anti climax after all that build up :)

Think that seems to be the role of a manager these days. Don't spend too much time trying to understand the specifics of what you are actually managing...just make sure you got a couple of good people in your team who you can delegate too :-) Maybe it was ever thus.
So, are you saying that being a manager is THAT easy? :-)I should go for that job!
In theory, yes.....if you can talk a good game and have those 2 good people underneath you (ooh er) then it should all be fine.
Not so easy when you are trying to be the manager and one of those 2 good people at the same time! So I'm told anyway ;-)
Such a nice idea to have 2 of those good people underneath me :-p - and yes, I can empathise with the lack of good people! Pfah!
